SuperChefs refreshes Westin Kids Eat Well menu with Westin Chefs and new Advisory Board member

SuperChefs completed the Spring menu refresh for the Westin Kids Eat Well menu with input from Westin Chefs and an additional Spring dessert from new Advisory Board member and former pastry Chef of the Whitehouse Bill Yosses.


Lisa Kimmel, our registered dietician and Wellness Manager at Yale University provided guidelines for the Westin Chefs to create menu additions, and we received great interest from all Westin global divisions: Europe, Asian Pacific, South America and North America. The recipes collected from the Westin Chefs were reviewed by Lisa to make sure they were in line with SuperChefs’ healthy goals, and will be sent to augment the list of Kids Eat Well menu items the Westin properties can choose from. SuperChefs added an extra special menu item that was created by Chef Bill Yosses. His recipe for Angel Food Cake with Spring Citrus Mishmash is sure to be a hit in Westin properties around the world!
