On May 2nd & 3rd 2015 Dr. Greg’s SuperChefs Cookery for Kids were welcomed on the Eat! Vancouver Celebrity Stage with SuperChefs Executive Chef Victor Bongo and Canadian Culinary Champion Executive Chef Ryan O’Flynn from the Westin Edmonton. The two chefs cooked with SuperChefs kids Madalyn Dahling and Jordynn Crassweller.

Jordynn’s younger
sister Kennedy also manned the pasta making station during the SuperChefs Cookery
Experience in which the two SuperChefs teams made some amazing dishes and also some
long pasta noodles which were paraded on the Eat!Vancouver trade floor at BC Place. ! !

After 20 minutes of intense cooking, the two Executive Chefs were joined on stage with
SuperChefs Coordinator Alexandra Barone to partake in the SuperChefs Crepe Flipping
Challenge. In a challenge that awarded highest flipped crepes, Chef Ryan set the SuperChefs
record for the highest flipped crepe ever-a toss that rocketed out of his pan, gained incredible
vertical acceleration and finally came to rest in his pan as everyone- including his competing
chefs- gazed and astonished at the amazing feat!! !

The SuperChefs team were out in full force and welcomed a new army of young SuperChefs
Counsellors from Pacific Academy High School in Surrey, as well as welcoming back many of
our SuperChefs Alumni and volunteers. They also met Food Network stars Anna Olson and
Mark McEwan who were also performing on the Celebrity Stage.! !

“Dr Greg, you are a great partner. We are thrilled and honoured to work with you and your team. Thanks so much! “ commented Russell Hoffman, General Manager of Fulcrum Media and producer of Eat!Vancouver. “We can’t wait to plan for next year with you- bigger and better!” ! !

Next up on the SuperChefs schedule are the Surrey Summer camps in partnership with Surrey
School district SD36.
