SuperChefs invites you to Raised On Rice
We have an exciting show this year with the theme: Raised on Rice!!! Surrey Fusion Festival at Holland Park. Featuring Dr. Greg Change, Chef Ciuseppe Corinovis & Chef Roberto Dolente. An interactive and educational cooking demo for the whole family!
We will be demonstrating different aspects of rice highlighted by cooking and serving two rice dishes: Italian Risotto and Chinese sticky rice!
We have some special Chefs who are joining our team this year. Chef Roberto Dolente is an Italian Chef from Milan, where risotto was born. He has worked in Italian Michelin star restaurants and in famous pizzerias. He was Chef of Pizzeria Farina, Ristaurant Di Beppe and currently the Head Corporate Chefs for LFG Growth Partners including Nook, Radish, Oddfish and Nightingale. He will be joined by fellow Italian Chef Giuseppe Cortinovis, who is the Canadian Pizza Champion and is a well known Chef in the Canadian culinary scene.
Dr. Greg will be demonstrating how rice is grown and his family’s recipe for Chinese sticky rice with Chinese sausage. Both rice dishes will be served to the audience. Let’s get cooking!!!
