Dr. Greg's SuperChefs Cookery for Kids teaches kids from 8-12 years the basics of cooking techniques to empower them in the fight against childhood obesity. Working in partnership with Starwood Resorts in kitchens across North America, the SuperChefs Cookery invites kids in communities to promote fun culinary education and nutrition using professional chefs who have a passion for instilling healthy lifestyles and habits to kids that will last a lifetime.
The SuperChefs KIds take to the cooking stage at the Vancouver Home and Garden Show with Executive Chef Victor Bongo and his SuperChefs helpers, inviting many kids from the audience to help cook delicious and fun meals together!
Here's a look at the Dr. Greg's SuperChefs Cookery programs and SuperChefs Entertainment events for 2012. We held over 40 days of SuperChefs events this year, and we anticipate running even more in 2013!

The SuperChefs team is out in full force as SuperChefs Executive Chef Andrew George and Dr. Greg show kids aged 8-12 from Surrey how to make fresh pasta and fresh tomato sauce-then the SuperChefs team helps roll out their own pasta for them to take home! The kids take home their recipe, a can of Italian tomatoes, onions and a toothbrush-ready and armed for a great pasta meal at home!

Dr.Greg from SuperChefs Cookery for Kids is invited to the 2012 West Coast Guides Iron Chef competition held on October 27th at Woodward's Landing in Richmond BC. There were over 100 Girl Guides in the competition, and the secret ingredient was RED- all dishes had to have some component of red. Also, all meals were to be cooked on campfire stoves-now these girls are real SuperChefs!!!
