Chef Andrew George leads a group of cuiinary students from Tsleil-Waututh Nation as they help SuperChefs Cookery for Kids get ready for Eat!Vancouver, one of the largest culinary and food shows in Canada. Superchefs will be presenting 8 shows at the Fit to Eat Stage and is involved in the fight against childhood obesity.

Dr. David Suzuki discusses the virtues of the SuperChefs program in teaching cooking and nutrition as a way of dealing with childhood obesity in families today and First Nations communities.

SuperChefs Indigenous Cookery

Dr. Greg creates the first Indigenous SuperChefs Cookery for Kids on Quadra Island. The kids learn traditional cooking techniques with Culinary Olympic medalist Aboriginal Chef Andrew George and a team of Superchefs Counsellors, chefs and volunteers-many special surprises during the camp.

Dr. Greg takes the SuperChefs Cookery to Washington DC where students from the Francis Stevens Education Campus joined Trevor Booker of the Washington Wizards NBA team, The Westin Georgetown's Chef Lance Mion and Starwood Hotel's Vice President of Global Food and Beverage, Chef Jean-Luc Barone and organizers of Obama's Let's Move program on May 17, 2012 for a cooking class in the hotel's state-of-the-art kitchen.

Dr.Greg's SuperChefs Cookery for Kids at Party for the Planet

Dr. Greg's SuperChefs Cookery for Kids were at Party for the Planet in Surrey on April 28, 2012, serving bannock under the direction of Chef Andrew George. The SuperChefs Counsellors manned the basketball hoop to get kids active and gave out toothbrushes for hoops, and the SuperChefs characters Mirapoix and Spicer signed autographs and met kids and encouraged them to eat powerful healthy foods. Dr. Greg gave out his popular apple balloons-a big crowd of 5,000 were on hand to enjoy the festivities.

SuperChefs Cookery for Kids at the Denver Sheraton Hotel

The Superchefs Cookery comes to Denver as Executive Chef of the Downtown Denver Sheraton Scott Skomal joins Founding SuperChefs Cookery President Jean Luc Barone in teaching a new group of kids from Denver the joys of cooking in preparation for the Starwood Food and Beverage North American Team Conference March 12, 2012.
